ATHLETIC DIRECTORS and SWIM COACHES:
Please review the psych sheets as soon as time allows in accordance with the following:
TAPPS School Codes- TAPPS had to change many of the School Codes for swimming this year as indicated in previous emails and in the TAPPS By-Laws. However, many schools continued using the older school codes from last year.
Please review the Psych Sheet ASAP for incorrectly entered times and misspelled names first! NORTH Region coaches must amend any NT entered. All entries must have a time listed.
If you find an error, you have until 5PM Tuesday to notify us of corrections.
Changes to individual event entries will not be considered based on fairness to all competitors and teams.
Look at Relays, too. Make sure your exhibition relays are accounted for in the Psych Sheet.
"Xs" in front of a time means that swimmer or relay is swimming exhibition. Check those, too.
DO NOT have the parents call Cody or Bruce to correct a spelling or to check on whether a USA ID# is entered or correct. DO check your file for them.
Then you e-mail Cody or Bruce to correct. (Please copy Bruce on your email to Cody if you are making changes in the North Region.)
Cody Huckabay and Bruce Rollins have worked hard to insure all entries in the meet are accounted for at this time. Thank you your review of the meet information for accuracy.
