We hope to continue our tradition of great competition at this tournament. It's a great way to get your PSIA and UIL competitors ready and have some fun along the way.

The Eighth Annual Trinity Classic
The Trinity Classic offers your students an excellent practice for TAPPS Academic Contest. This year, I'm happy to say that we are adding Ready Writing and Bible Reading to our offerings. We now offer 11 speech, acting, and debate events and nine academic events.
If you have been to our tournaments in the past, you know that we strive to provide with a good, well-run competition that will help your students prepare for district and state.
All information and registration will be online at: http://www.joyoftournaments.com/tx/holytrinity-nov/
I encourage you to register early as events tend to fill up fast! Please pass this on to any coaches that you think would be interested.

TAPPS Yearbook Contest

On Saturday, Sept. 15, Holy Trinity will host its sixth annual Hurricane Debate Tournament.
The tournament will have a novice division for new debaters and all registered schools will get sample debate case. Even if you have never done debate before, you will be ready to go.
If you have never done debate before, you may be wondering where to begin. There are valuable resources online at www.nflonline.org and other sites. However, the number one way to prepare your students for LD Debate is to take them to invitational meets and have them try it out.
More information can be found online at http://www.joyoftournaments.com/tx/holytrinity-sep/. Registration will also be online.
If you have any questions, please feel free to e-mail me at cmosmeyer@holytrinitychs.org.
